State's Attorney Project
Our office is committed to fighting hunger in McHenry County. Throughout the year, we organize food drives to benefit local food pantries. This fall, we are collecting non-perishable food items and toiletries to help those in need. We encourage everyone to join us in our efforts to ensure everyone has access to nutritious food.
Survivors of Crime Victims Support Group
Our office formed a support group for those who have lost loved ones to a crime. Our group encourages participants to help one another with their shared grief.
State’s Attorney’s Speakers Group
We provide various topics to organizations in the county upon their request. These topics cover discussions on crime-related matters we address, crime trends specific to McHenry County, recent legislative changes, the roles of our office, and potential career paths within the State’s Attorney’s Office.
High School Mock Trials
Prosecutors host and coach business law students from McHenry County High Schools twice a year at the courthouse.
