Resubmittal

This form is to be used for resubmittals related to open permits with assigned permit numbers. Complete the form and attach all documents and information as required by previous staff review comments or letters. In order to minimize your permit review time, be sure that your resubmittal is complete and addresses each item identified in the staff comments or review letter.

If you received a review letter that identified an outstanding permit fee balance, please make the payment utilizing the directions at the bottom of the form.

Hard copies of the final construction documents may be required.
