Illinois Breast & Cervical Cancer Program (IBCCP)

This is a statewide grant program providing breast and cervical cancer screenings with the goal of reducing mortality related to breast and cervical cancer. The Program ensures that eligible Illinois women receive regular screening for breast and cervical cancer and prompt follow-up of abnormal findings when needed.

You are eligible to receive free services if you:

• Live in McHenry County
• No insurance/underinsured/high deductible (only with IBCCP contracted providers) or not eligible to receive Medicare Part B
• Are between 21-64 years old
• No income requirements

IBCCP offers free breast exams, mammograms, pelvic exams, and Pap tests to eligible women. Even if a woman has already been diagnosed with cancer, she may receive free treatment if she qualifies.
