McHenry County EMA's mission is to provide resources to the community to develop a Culture of Preparedness against natural, man-made and technological hazards through education, training, and partnership programs and by providing resource coordination, expertise and leadership before and during a disaster. We are a value driven organization committed to the development and sustainment of a Disaster Resilient Community through an all hazards, risk based approach.
