Submitting a Complaint:
When all documents are prepared and completed, the complaint can be filed. Go to the Submit Your Complaint Tab and follow the prompts.
You may also submit your completed Complaint for 2024 Assessment year via email to: assessmentcomplaints@mchenrycountyil.gov
To VIEW a Submitted Complaint or Assessor’s Response on the website
When searching through the Complaint Look Up, limit the data entry requested to a minimum. Make sure to include the Year and PIN # (Most of the time, these are the only two entries needed to get your results.

To view an Agenda or Schedule for a complaint, please check our Schedule Look Up (Click on Select Search Type drop down; select AS-Hearing Schedules)
