Employability Training Workshop - Accountability and Feedback

Accountability is essential in the workplace. This workshop will focus on developing a mindset of internal accountability that helps participants accept challenges and face adversity with a positive attitude. It will include identifying ways that participants can seek developmental and performance feedback that will support their continued growth.
